Return & Exchange Policy

At ORVANI, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, starting from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories must be included
• The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Important Notes:

• Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days will not be accepted
• ORVANI reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the above conditions
